My Camera Experience  Camera Pictures: Focus: To achieve these shots, you need to point the camera at one object and by doing that, you need to turn on the manual focus which gives the ability to focus on the object that you want to take. What it does is when you focus, the object that the camera is pointing at, the background gets blurry and you get a better shot of the focus image. ISO: ISO is used to brighten up the image, the maximum that it can get is up to AUTO to 6400. ISO is also to measure the camera's ability to capture light.

In this first picture, we see the lighting setup and the light is called hard light. We used this type of light because there is no shadows behind the interviewers and the lightning on the right is whats called a back light, another type of light we used is key light. Key light is when light focuses on the main person or object, you can see from the picture above that the lights are all focused on the interviewers. The last light that is on the picture is called fill light which is used to reduce the contrast of a scene to match the dynamic range. For our second interview, we only used back light to focus on the table because we wanted to create a crime confusion interview and we wanted make it even more scary and intimidating.  The Cutaway: The main purpose of a cutaway is to expose the audience something different, as watching the same short video over again will be repetitive to the eye.  They can also be used to reinforce the mistakes in the main video, for instance, the camera moves a bit slightly during the filming process you can reinforce it up with a cutaway. In this clip, the camera angle that is used is a close up shot. The main purpose why this angle is being used is to get the main focus of where is the part of the hair is being cut.  In this video, you can see a really close up shot of the brush, this angle called extreme close up shot. This shot is used for dramatic effect, but in this case the extreme close up shot is used here for the focus of the equipment that's is being used. The last clip is a mid angle shot.  Lens flare is adding a light into a picture, similar to when you take pictures in a sunny day and you can see bright light enters the camera lens like the picture above. The steps of creating lens flare is quite simple: 1) Get your picture from pexels.com and download it. Then import the picture which you can find on recents. 2) Drag the photo into timeline. 3) Click on 'Effects' and then go to the search bar on the your right hand side corner and type 'lens flare' and click on it and drag it to timeline. 4) Once you drag the lens flare into the timeline, put it on top of the pink bar which represents the photo and the light appears. 5) On the left hand side corner, click on 'Effects Controls' and find 'Flare Centre' what it does is changes the position of the lights to up and down.

  As you can see from above images, I had to experiment multiple times to pick out the best one for my print advert. The photoshop that I used to create these print adverts is the app called 'Polish' it is sort of a tricky app to use at first but, its very simple to use. The print adverts that have multiple random images and emojis on it, never made it to the final because I was told that I need to use my own face for this and not from the internet, as this will give me even higher mark. Also, I was told that the emojis didn't make any sense and there is to much going on there, so my final print advert is the first one, its simpler and cleaner than the previous ones, as it includes me in it and one big smiling emoji. I limit the number of images to one because this will attract even more audiences to the print advert rather than adding a bunch of images, as this will not attract many audiences as I intended and it's pretty hard to read the text of some adverts. What went well?: The research went pretty well, I didn't had any problems of finding the information.  What do you need to do in order to develop your skills?: I need to get better at Premier Pro and knowing different techniques in Premier Pro. This the first time that I used YouCut, since I can't use Premier Pro due to the college being closed. YouCut isn't that complicated as Premier Pro, it's actually a bit easier in my opinion. When you go to YouCut, you chose a piece of footage from your album and you can start to edit. For my video, I filmed the parking area and the a tiny garden of my apartment and I used texts to describe how 'beautiful' Sunderland is. Using the texts isn't that complicated but the one thing that I find it a bit of a challenge is adding music, I went to the music section and I choose the one that I liked but it took me a long time to figure it out how to take the music that I choose and put it on my video. I did manage to figure it out, all you need to is to go to music and chose the one that you want and click on it and there is the 'free' button and click it and it will appear an add and after the add is over, that button changes to 'use' button and your music...

Skills Development  Instructions: I collected stock videos from the website called pexels.com, I downloaded videos of nature into desktop into downloads and move them into a folder that I created to save everything. Also, I got a sound track from the website called mixkit.co, the type of track that I got was a calm track to fit in with nature. I collected 5 stock videos of nature and the track into premier pro, I choose the best 3 stock videos that I got from pexels.com and added the track on.
