My Camera Experience  Camera Pictures: Focus: To achieve these shots, you need to point the camera at one object and by doing that, you need to turn on the manual focus which gives the ability to focus on the object that you want to take. What it does is when you focus, the object that the camera is pointing at, the background gets blurry and you get a better shot of the focus image. ISO: ISO is used to brighten up the image, the maximum that it can get is up to AUTO to 6400. ISO is also to measure the camera's ability to capture light.

In this first picture, we see the lighting setup and the light is called hard light. We used this type of light because there is no shadows behind the interviewers and the lightning on the right is whats called a back light, another type of light we used is key light. Key light is when light focuses on the main person or object, you can see from the picture above that the lights are all focused on the interviewers. The last light that is on the picture is called fill light which is used to reduce the contrast of a scene to match the dynamic range. For our second interview, we only used back light to focus on the table because we wanted to create a crime confusion interview and we wanted make it even more scary and intimidating.   Interpretation of the Brief Salon Professionals are barbers who are intended for younger audiences. The ages of their target audience are between the ages of 16 to 18 years old as the young generation are obsessed with their unique hairstyles that Salon Professionals has to offer. The deadline of creating the tutorial is on 24th May, 2021 and the resubmission is on 14th June, 2021. The duration for the video is to 5 or 10 minutes long depending on the things that a person has included in their respective tutorials. The tutorial may include the origins of hairstyles and how each hairstyle got popular within the society of today's youth and the tutorial will also include equipment and life style of the barbers. The audience for the tutorial are for the ones who are keen to become professionals barbers in the future and they might be interested to know how the hairstyle got its origins from, life style, and equipment. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, I didn't do this project in college instead I used an app called 'Movavi' to make the video and I didn't had any struggles to make this project.  Sounds: My Foley video is on The Incredibles scene when Bob sneaks in into the facility. The sounds that used for this are throughing a rubber to a wooden furniture to mimic the sound of a person getting hit by rock, key sounds to mimic the sounds of guns and armour every time the soldiers of the facility move, and the running sounds are made by me stepping my feet as fast as I can in one place. Process: The way how I put my recorded sounds is I go to audio and I click the plus button to add more sounds.      There is a lot of ideas that I could choose form this mind map but I ended up choosing the print advert idea because it was way simpler and different than the other ideas. I made print advert light hearted and informative in order to attract my target audience and also inform them that smiling is good, not just for you but also everyone around them. I had the choice to do a commercial instead of a print advert but I changed my mind because I'm still not confident in my editing skills but I'm getting better at it, and I ended up choosing the print advert instead because it was simpler for me to change fonts and adding images.

I chose this particular picture because I wanted my print advert to have a simple background and also to be the main focus of the advert itself. The last photo that I got was the fact that the background had to much light at the back and will ruin the main focus, which is me. This is the end result. As you can see the background has low light which is perfect so it won't ruin the main focus of the print advert. This one by far was the best out of the others because it is simple and appealing to look at, and also it is very informative as it has the saying '' Did you know that a smile can make someone's day even better?'' This is aiming at people that don't know the benefits of smiling and by adding that saying, will make them feel better to know that a simple smile can make someone's day even better.

 The Cutaway: The main purpose of a cutaway is to expose the audience something different, as watching the same short video over again will be repetitive to the eye.  They can also be used to reinforce the mistakes in the main video, for instance, the camera moves a bit slightly during the filming process you can reinforce it up with a cutaway. In this clip, the camera angle that is used is a close up shot. The main purpose why this angle is being used is to get the main focus of where is the part of the hair is being cut.  In this video, you can see a really close up shot of the brush, this angle called extreme close up shot. This shot is used for dramatic effect, but in this case the extreme close up shot is used here for the focus of the equipment that's is being used. The last clip is a mid angle shot.  Lens flare is adding a light into a picture, similar to when you take pictures in a sunny day and you can see bright light enters the camera lens like the picture above. The steps of creating lens flare is quite simple: 1) Get your picture from pexels.com and download it. Then import the picture which you can find on recents. 2) Drag the photo into timeline. 3) Click on 'Effects' and then go to the search bar on the your right hand side corner and type 'lens flare' and click on it and drag it to timeline. 4) Once you drag the lens flare into the timeline, put it on top of the pink bar which represents the photo and the light appears. 5) On the left hand side corner, click on 'Effects Controls' and find 'Flare Centre' what it does is changes the position of the lights to up and down.

  The graphs helped me to inform my idea because I can see the results and preferences of other people. For instance, majority of my audience chose Games over VR probably due to the fact that it's a lot entertaining than VR. The graphs are also helpful because my audiences can also voice their opinions about which console is better, for example I put out a question above why do they prefer PlayStation over Xbox and some have answered they have grown up with the console and that the PlayStation has better games than Xbox.

  Drafts:   The first experimentation that I did was basically a mess of pictures and emojis. The font that I used for putting the images is called 'Collage' so I just added random images to it of what I thought that would be it. The feedback that I recieved is that there is to much going on and that I should limit down the images and emojis. This one was meant to be an upgrade for the previous one that I did, It turned out to be a lot worse. I added a lot of random images and emojis where I thought it would be enough but the feedback that I got was for me to just stick with one image that the audience would put their eyes on and add a fact quote on it for the audience to be informed and lastly, adding one single emoji. This one right here is a very simple. I basically took a picture of myself and added a huge smiling emoji on top of my face and the facts about smiling.  Describe your project: What do you hope to achieve? What is the purpose/function of the work? Is it for entertainment, promotion, information, education etc. ?  My goals for my project is to create foley sounds for The Incredibles scene and how it works is by finding the perfect foley sounds from websites that are free to download any sound that I need for the scene and make it even more realistic. This project is for entertainment purposes as I will change few things in  my project to make it entertaining. How do you hope to source the materials required for the project, and where has your research into this led you to? I hope that the sources of foley sounds that are available on foley websites have everything that I need for my project because I have searched the foley sounds that I needed and currently, I still haven't found them yet but I'm still hoping that one of these websites have the sounds that I really need.
