2 documentaries

The first documentary that I found on YouTube is simply titled 'COVID-19'. The documentary talks about how the virus is affecting everyone in terms of mental, economic, and social. The documentary is filmed in Australia and shows the impact the virus is causing, empty streets, people getting unemployed, shops being temporarily closed, etc. At the end, the person narrating the documentary tells us to be hopeful and that we are in this together and one day, we will beat the virus. My overall view on this documentary is that its very informative, at the beginning it stated facts about COVID-19 cases and deaths and at some point in the documentary, tells us how the social distancing and hygiene is slowing down the infections around Australia. I would recommend this documentary even though its sad but its also educational and informative. The camera angles for this documentary are focus shots, they show you places around Australia that were usually filled with people, for example the beach. The reason behind these shots is to show the affect that COVID-19 has caused, people aren't allowed to go outside unless for essential purposes and tourists can't go to Australia, as the country is battling and trying to limit the spread etc.

This documentary is named 'How forests heal people' and how has benefits to mental health of others. The documentary tells us that having a walk on a forest clears your mind and from distractions and relaxes your brain and mind. It also helps someone's depression and mental illness, and backs up with evidence. Also goes to the extent that cities and environment around us are huge distractions and it won't does us any good. I really like this documentary because its really relaxing to watch and informative as well since it shows us facts and the effects that nature makes feel happy and energised. The shots that they use for this short documentary are mainly drones, to show us the forests, and nature. The reason why they use drones for this is because they want to show us how beautiful and amazing nature is and that it is treatment for our mental problems.
